Daksha Nagarkar, one of the highly talented actresses in the Telugu film industry, made her Tollywood debut in 2015 with Teja’s romantic drama ‘Hora Hori’ and she gained her first success with Sree Harsha Konuganti’s youthful comedy ‘Hushaaru’ in 2008.
After a short break, the young gorgeous actress is all set to enthrall the Telugu audience by playing a crucial role in the upcoming film ‘Zombie Reddy,’ directed by Prasanth Varma.
Daksha Nagarkar To Play Pubg Girl In Zombie Reddy
On the special occasion of Diwali, the makers of Zombie Reddy has released the first look poster of Daksha as a PUBG girl. Coming to the poster, it showcases a super-striking Daksha Nagarkar firing on the opponents with an Assault Rifle in hand.
Prasanth Varma took to his official Twitter handle to share the first look poster and he wrote, “GAMERS don’t fear the APOCALYPSE! Launching our Patakha @DakshaOfficial this #Diwali as #PubgGirl #PubgComesToLife in #ZombieReddy”
Zombie Reddy marks the third film in Prasanth’s career after the critically acclaimed flicks Awe and Kalki.
In a recent interaction with the director, he asked about the film and to which he replied, “The film revolves around coronavirus and is set up in Kurnool. How people of Kurnool save the world by stopping the pandemic is what my film is all about. It shows Kurnool and its people in a good light actually, so people don’t misunderstand the title.”
Apart from Daksha Nagarkar, child actor Teja Sajja, ‘Bus Stop’ fame Anandhi and Amrutham fame Harshavardhan were also being part of the film.
Zombie Reddy is promoted as the first Zombie film in the Telugu cinema. Mark K Robin composed music for the film, while cinematography was handled by Anith.
